Composition of the apartment:
The apartment "Respublica" is located on the 5th floor with elevator of a beautiful Haussmann building. You will be charmed by its interior layout and its services that make it a very pleasant place to live. You will enter a corridor that will serve on your left the 1st part of the apartment comprising: A large living room with open kitchen, 3 large windows on balcony, a large bedroom with queen size bed (160x190) as well as a room of water with large walk-in shower, basin and toilet.
The 2nd part of the apartment, when entering on your right is accessed through a curved corridor that gives a lot of charm to the apartment and marks a real separation between the parts of the apartment.
This 2nd part offers a separate toilet, a 2nd bedroom with retractable bed ( 1 or 2 places) and adjoining bathroom with basin and Italian shower.
The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home: Air conditioning/ Wifi/ Washing machine/ Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine/ Welcome coffee capsules offered ...
The Cocoonr service:
You will be greeted on site in a personalized way by a person of the agency Cocoonr Marseille who will introduce you to the accommodation, answer your questions and give you the keys.
Bed linen and towels of hotel quality (4/ 5 stars) are provided, your bed will be made on arrival. Towels and bath mats also provided. Wifi internet access by fiber.
Location:
By staying at the "Respublica" you choose a quality apartment and a location allowing you to appropriate the city. Ideally located in the middle of the rue de la République, you will be in the heart of the most beautiful artery of Marseille and its beautiful Haussmann buildings. You will be 5 minutes from the Old Port, 5 minutes from the shopping area, the historic district and its 2600 years of history, and 5 minutes from the new business district of Marseille: Euromediterranée and its skyscrapers, and shops.
Transportation:
The 2 tram lines run down the building and the 2 metro lines are a 5-minute walk away.
More atypical the boat bus open from late April to late September will allow you to reach the district of the red point by the sea.
Indigo Republic parking is a 2-minute walk away.
Saint Charles Train Station is a 15-minute walk away.
The airport is accessible via shuttle to Saint Charles train station but we advise you to prefer taxis or Uber type driver.
