The University of Patras is 12 minutes by foot and 2 minutes by car. Rio-Antirio Bridge can be crossed by anyone by foot and be enjoyable for its beautiful scenery. The caffeterias/clubs are 5 minutes by foot and the distance from the sea/ ferry boat is 500 meters.
The studio is fully furnished and equipped on the mezzanine floor (8 steps).
