You'll find open plan living on the ground floor with a modern kitchen that has all the essentials for meals at home. Take your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or step out onto the large wrap around deck and watch the fantails flit through the punga ferns. In the warmer months, enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun set
If you're keen to set out on adventure, white water rafting and the Okere Falls track are within walking distance to the home. The acclaimed Okere Falls Store is also within 5 minutes walk for all your food and drink needs. Jump in the car and head to Rotorua just 20 minutes away for some relaxation and rejuvenation at the hot springs and thermal pools.

Please note:Driveway is steep and narrow, and there is limited parking.There are outdoor steps up to the property, which may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.The iPod dock is the older 30 pin option but there is a AUX / headphone connection.The Super King in bedroom 1 can be split into 2 x SinglesPlease note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
