- 2 nice bedrooms with own bathroom & overlooking the pool, it's tastefully decorated with a large double bed and premium bedding.

-Outside space - dining terrace, large garden and swimming pool.
- The large terrace: it is used for the outside dining area, connected to the garden and swimming pool with jacuzzi. Good relaxing time with fresh green tropical garden, long swimming pool with jacuzzi, and large deck pool with deck chairs.

Rate excluded :
- Electricity fees 5 THB per unit (from 200 THB to 250 THB for a normal daily use)
Policy:
-Security Deposit: 300 euros or 12,000 THB or any equivalent foreign currency, it will be returned after no damage in the villa.
-Check-in: 3PM
-Check-out: 11AM
-Late Check-In Charge of 1,000 baht (after 6PM)
-Early Check-Out Charge of 1,000 baht (before 8AM)
-Do not smoke inside the villa, however, smoking is permitted in the outside areas.
Services :
-Arranging car rental ( start from 700 THB to 1,200 THB/day ) and motorbike rental (start from 200 to 450 THB/day ) , the price depends on car/motorbike model and its condition
-Providing airport transfer ( 1,000THB 1,200THB )

The villa is located in Rawai where is the south of the island, near Naiharn beach that is one of the most beautiful beaches of Phuket island.
Rawai is a full package place for holiday, it's the best selection for people who need privacy, staying in tropical nature environment , travel and understand the local lifestyle. It's also very convenient area for looking any kind of restaurants, shoppings,minimarts, super centers,fresh markets, entertainments and activities,etc.
The villa is located in Areerob Uthit alley, Rawai. Far from the main road only 200 meter. This area is privacy, quiet and around with many residence villas. It's also convenient location as just driving 24 groceries shops ( 7/11, Family mart, Lotus express ) , super center, restaurants, beach etc...
and walking 3-5 minutes to Fresh market and any restaurants.
