This beautiful barn conversion is located on the outskirts of Launceston and can sleep three people in two bedrooms.
Please note: all bookings have to start on a Friday. Swallows Nest is a wonderfully converted barn positioned some 10 miles from Launceston, in the hamlet of Canworthy Water. It boasts two bedrooms, 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor double room with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC. There is also an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, while outside is off-road parking for two cars, an enclosed garden with furniture and a BBQ, as well as an enclosed children's play area. Please note: due to storm damages the play area is out of use for the rest of 2025. Note: The charging of electric cars is not permissible at the property, nearest charge point is in Bude
