A relaxing calm atmosphere visions of the rising and setting of the sun the occasional wild life and nature walks with the beach a 15 minute walk away there’s complimentary tea and coffee on your arrival to set you up for your first few days, during the summer season the restaurant serves good food including a good breakfast and a small camp shop selling the basics including your morning papers with the town of withernsea a few miles with a good variety of shops including Tesco and Aldi ENJOY Based in Sand Le Mere Holiday Village You have full use of this beautiful modern caravan with its on suite toilet and washroom in the main bedroom along with a separate shower/toilet patio doors leading out to a large decking area with outside furniture use of all facilities in the holiday village (you will need to purchase a pass for some) A personal car park area outside the caravan access by the side entrance there is a key safe with code to access the caravan this will given once booked and balance paid please note the prices advertised does not include entertainment passes We do not intrude with guest so to let them to enjoy their vacation but as needs must guests can contact us with any issue via phone or email We’re situated near the lovely village of Tunstal also Roos in beautiful county of East Yorkshire nearby and seaside towns of Withernsea and Hornsea are a few miles away further afield there is the seaside towns of Bridlington Filey and Scarborough There is a bus service which runs 3 times a day 4 times on a saturday to withernsea and Hornsea with an extra later bus on Saturday you can drive (private parking next to each van) and a few taxi service in the area If you decide to visit in the winter months please be aware the holiday village run a much reduced service as the main amenities close for maintenance And there are still the nature walks and the 15 minutes walk to the shore but there is the towns of withernsea and Hornsea nearby and the nearest city of Hull with various attractions and shopping During the spring and summer there is full park entertainment A personal car park area outside the caravan access by the side entrance there is a key safe with code to access the caravan this will given once booked and balance paid If you decide to visit in the winter months please be aware the holiday village run a much reduced service as the main amenities close for maintenance And there are still the nature walks and the 15 minutes walk to the shore but there is the towns of withernsea and Hornsea nearby and the nearest city of Hull with various attractions and shopping During the spring and summer there is full park entertainment PLEASE NOTE WE NEED TO HAVE ALL DETAILS OF EVERYONE IF YOUR BOOKING A PARTY IN THE HOST WE WILL MAINTAIN OUR RIGHT OF REFUSAL Please remove shoes when entering the caravan Please leave the caravan clean and tidy as you will find it If you have a dog please please clean up after it when walking No smoking inside the caravan and please do not leave discarded butts on the floor outside above all please respect our home
