Welcome to The Sand Dollar, a lovingly decorated four bedroom, two bath charmer located steps from the Promenade in Seaside. This welcoming home sleeps up to nine guests and is just a few blocks from the Seaside Aquarium and all the downtown area has to offer.
You'll enjoy the freshly renovated upstairs bathroom, large living room with two separate seating areas and partial ocean views, a dining area that features a unique family dining table and a jetted downstairs bathtub. This owner loves his home and it shows in all the artwork and special touches he has included.
In regards to sleeping areas; three bedrooms are located upstairs all featuring queen-sized beds while the downstairs bedroom has one set of twin bunk beds and one twin bed. There is also a comfortable double-sized sleeper sofa in the living room that accommodates two guests! In addition you will find an inflatable twin mattress in the bedroom closet. Enjoy Satellite TV downstairs or watch a DVD upstairs in the bedroom. Need extra space for a few more? Rent the adjacent, newly-remodeled, Sand Dollar Cottage for a total capacity of 12 guests.
This home is pet and family friendly and offers plenty of beach toys, kites, and games to play with while relaxing on your vacation. On hot summer days barbecue at the Sand Dollar and enjoy your meal just steps away on the beach. Find your home away from home at the Sand Dollar, we can't wait to SEA you!
Dog Friendly for up to 2 dogs, no other pets allowed. Please do not leave dogs unattended at any time in or on the property.

Beach access: 1/2 block from home at the end of the street
Please Note - Top Bunk will not be made, but will have all sheets, blankets, pillows, clean and ready.
Please note parking is available for up to 3 vehicles - 2 parking in garage and 1 parking on the back side of the home. The driveway is very narrow, larger SUV's and Trucks may not fit safely. No Street Parking Available. Boats, trailers, oversized trucks and RVs are unfortunately not permitted.
