This privately owned residence is in the new deluxe condominiums at the Bay View Grand Residencial, Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo, Guerrero, Mexico. In the north tower, the views and sunsets are fantastic! Watch the dolphins from the balcony or just relax and enjoy the peace and relaxation.
Unit is located on the seventh floor of the north tower and is fully furnished with everything you need. It has a full kitchen with a stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, blender, microwave oven, refrigerator and more. This 1 bedroom unit has a washer and dryer, living room, dining room, king size bed, air conditioning, intercom phone, 3 ceiling fans, DVD and 2 televisions with cable and WiFi.
Bay View Grand features include two resort style infinity pools, beautiful beach and pool furniture, pool bar and restaurant, entertainment room with card tables and billiards table, tennis court, business center, free wireless internet access. The gym/fitness center and day spa with separate male/female showers, jacuzzi and steam room is available for a nominal $100 (about $9.00 USD)pesos/family/day charge.
Daily/weekly maid service is available upon request.
