The Boat House is the quintessential family retreat offering up true Folly Beach vibes. Guests love the nautical theme throughout the home, reminiscent of an old steamer ship that was used to construct parts of the home. Just across the street from the beach, you are only 100 steps away from the driveway to the ocean. Three outdoor sundecks offer salty breezes and partial ocean views. Dine al fresco on the spacious screened in porch or enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise from the widows walk.
