Along the trail you will have ample opportunity to see rare plants and animals as well as many interesting biotopes and landscapes ranging from orchids, frogs and birds to tunnel valleys, cliffs and stone reefs. At the same time you can explore the history and the many myths and legends related to the Gendarme Trail and the Borderland.
