Location: Situated at the end of the road on 2.5 acres of trees with 250' of beach front, this private four season lake home is on the same bay as Dunvilla and is just 39 miles from Fargo,12 miles to WeFest, 18 miles to Detroit Lakes, 11 miles to Shady Hallow Flea Market, 13 miles to Hotel Shorem, 8 miles to Zorbaz on Pelican Lake and 7 miles to the city of Pelican Rapids. The Barn at Dunvilla Wedding Venue + Lakes Inn at Dunvilla Hotel are just across highway 59 as well.
Details: The zero-entry slab on grade home offers 2,250 finished square feet of living. Upon entry into the home, you’ll be greeted by a foyer space to hang your hat and be wowed with the 16’ living room encased with ceiling beams, a 2 story stone fireplace and 2 story windows offering views of the lake and sunrises.
