It is a 3 bedroom, 3,5 bath home. with 2 levels with a great floor plan. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms first bedroom is 1queen bed, 2nd bedroom offers a Double bunk bed with a twin on top, the Primary room bathtub/shower combo, 2nd the floor offers a king bedroom with a private bathroom and stand-up shower with sink and vanity, Private deck with mountain views throughout the House, nake all you come to Tahoe for V
The main living area has a 65' Big screen TV and sectional to enjoy the Mountain views or the Game on Sunday. Separate laundry room with front load washer and dryer. Granite countertops with breakfast bar and 3 stools. The dining area seats 6 comfortably. Outdoor lake-facing deck with table, and chairs. Perfect location for happy hour.

Guest will be issued 2 parking permits 1 per hoa and 1 per Douglas
County ordinance which both must be on display on the driver's side

Trash must be bagged and placed in designated bear bin 108B (do not
feed wildlife or leave any food in your car)
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be
strictly enforced.
