The open floor plan living room and family room offer ample space for socializing, with a 52" smart TV and leather sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with essentials, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and electric oven. The laundry room features a washer and dryer. The property also boasts a fenced backyard, outdoor furniture, and a biking path just outside the house. Located close to the airport, Columbia River, and Mt. Please indicate the total number of guests including children and we require all guests above 18 years old to provide government issued Id. - Absolutely no smoking of any form in and within 10 ft of the property. No pets and no drug usage. If found, you will be charged $250 extra cleaning fee.
- if you stay more than 2 nights, you may see me going to the front and back yard to water the grass and the garden during Summer hot days
- wrap food scrap into a bag to keep it air tight
- we have a compose bin for food scrap at the backyard if you prefer compose. (vegetables or fruits only, no meat)
- Portland implement bottle returns, paper and container recycling programs. Please separate your recycles accordingly in the laundry room. If bottles, clean paper or carboard is found in trash, you will be charged $100 fee.
