Arranged over three floors this characterful property comfortably sleeps ten guests and sits right on the water's edge. Guests can enjoy a pretty balcony overlooking the sea, an outside dining area with a summer kitchen and a quiet spot to relax in the sun whilst listening to the gentle lapping of the waves.
Inside, the bright and airy property enjoys multiple living spaces where guests can unwind. These include an eat-in kitchen, two dining areas (one with a small kitchenette) and a comfortable TV room that leads out to the balcony through a double set of French doors. The property is located in Bigova a traditional fishing village, on the Adriatic coast of Montenegro with stone houses, narrow streets, a small harbour and a selection of waterfront cafes where visitors can enjoy the local cuisine.
The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kotor is a 25-minute drive from the property. It boasts a rich history with medieval churches, palaces and fortifications, reflecting its importance as a strategic coastal settlement. The fjord-like Bay of Kotor is surrounded by steep mountains and dotted with pretty coastal towns and beaches, making it a popular destination for boat trips and exploration. Another popular attraction on the bay is the artificial island of Our Lady of the Rocks (Gospa od Škrpjela), home to a Catholic church and a museum. The island can be accessed from Perast, a 40-minute drive from the accommodation. Perast itself is characterised by its beautiful Venetian architecture and has numerous well-preserved palaces and churches.
