Beautiful 19th century residence of 280 m² which can accommodate 15 people very comfortably, 7 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms (showers/sinks) and a bathroom (shower and bathtub), 2 toilets (a sink) and 3 toilets (WC). At the back of the property, a very beautiful wooded park not overlooked.

On the ground floor is the kitchen, the dining room/living room and toilets as well as a very large master bedroom with shower room and toilets.
On the first floor, there are 5 bedrooms:
a bedroom with a bathroom, queen size bed,
a second with a double bed and a single bed as well as a shower room
a third with a double bed and a shower room
A fourth with 2 single beds adjoining the bathroom
A sixth with 3 single beds and a bathroom
On the second floor, a bedroom with a bathroom and a queen size bed.
As the new owners of this magnificent residence, we are delighted to welcome you to our 19th century manor house located in Montier en Der in Champagne, 10 minutes from the largest artificial lake in Europe. In order to delight your taste buds, Dominique, a caterer for 30 years, offers his services. Upon your arrival, ClaudeAnnie, a winemaker, will be pleased to offer you a tasting of her Champagne, whose LAMOUREUX Jean-Jacques brand is located in Les Riceys, one hour from Montier-en-der.
It is a charming residence with its wooded park, perfect for family and friends reunions or small seminars. The rooms are spacious, we have deliberately kept its "family home" side with its large "old-fashioned" kitchen.
. Outside, young and old will have the pleasure of enjoying the heated above-ground swimming pool, open from May 1 to September 30 (exceptionally open beyond September 30, 2024 if the weather is favorable), as well as a ping-pong table, a games area (apparatus) and a trampoline.
Inside, meet around a game of billiards or to relax by the fire in the large living room or around a board game. Children will be able to have fun with many games and books.

IMPORTANT: Rental of 7 days minimum in July / August and 2 / 3 days nights minimum the rest of the year depending on the season.
