See rocket launches from the privacy of your lanai. There is a kayak dock on property with access to the inland waterway.
The master bedroom and first guest room have adjustable king beds where you can enjoy a comfortable Cariloha mattress experience. The third bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms have private baths attached.
The master bath features a large walk-in closet, garden tub, separate ceramic tile shower with custom glass door, double bowl sinks, and a private water closet with bidet toilet. Two more bathrooms are attached to the second and third bedrooms which have tiled showers with custom glass doors. There are generous closets in the guest bedrooms.
The living room and master bedroom showcase high ceilings and crown moldings with a tray ceiling in the master bedroom. Enjoy the ocean view from the sliding glass doors that lead to the large covered ceramic tile lanai from both the master bedroom and family room.

The island is an antigue refurbished by Susie, a local artist. Reverse osmosis water faucet at the kitchen sink so you do not need to buy bottled water. Private walkover to an uncrowded coquina sand beach. Six beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards and small cooler provided. There is an outside area at the main entrance of the complex to hose off sand before entering the condo.
