Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just stayed at Beacons 2 for three weeks.This was our 3rd or 4th time to stay in the unit, and we keep going back because of its location on 30A, and nearness to the beach. The condo is laid out well for several people to stay at once. Two of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, and the middle bedroom’s bathroom is in a hall right outside it’s door. We create privacy for that bedroom by taking a curtain and tension rod to use across that opening to the little hall. It works.The furnishings are fine at best. The main improvements that would be nice to see are a king bed in the master, and a more comfortable sofa in the living room, as the current one sags. The kitchen is very well equipped.The building had a plumbing issue while we were there. It was quickly resolved, but it had caused unclean water to back up into our showers. Blue Swell was awesome. Along with bringing entire new sets of towels and bath mats, they also sent someone to clean all three bathrooms. We were so appreciative!If location is the most important factor to you for your vacation, this is the place for you!
