Sitting just off scenic 30A, youโre just a short walk or bike ride to the San Juan Beach Access. Minutes away, youโll find dining and shopping in the popular Seaside community.
Inside, the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on separate floors of the home with separate exterior entrances. There is no interior staircase connecting the floors. This setup works well for two couples, or a family with grandparents, or older kids who want to stay together while retaining some privacy.
When arriving at the home, a pathway on the left will lead you to the exterior door for the ground-level bedroom. This guest room, queen, has a TV and a private bathroom with a shower.
On the right side of the driveway, a gate leads to a tropical oasis. Lounge and dine around your private pool (optional heat)! Enjoy the completely enclosed outdoor shower.
