The Old School House is a luxurious and spacious three-bedroom terraced house located in the small town of North Tawton in West Devon. Grade II listed and originating from the 19th century, this beautiful holiday home was originally the school master’s house in the Victorian era. It has since been lovingly renovated by the owners in 2021 to provide a high quality, home-from-home with plenty of space for a family or a group of friends. The striking blue kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and the beautiful granite worktops really add the wow factor. The utility houses the washing machine. Gather your friends and family around the dining table for a celebratory meal and kick back and relax in the spacious living room which has two comfortable sofas and a 40" Freeview Smart TV with Netflix.
Sit outside and enjoy the sun and the peace in the enclosed garden with its outdoor seating and patio area. This is the perfect spot to plan your adventurous day ahead over a morning coffee. The garden has a barbecue and shed for storing bikes and surfboards. Head upstairs to the three comfortable bedrooms, two with kingsize beds and the third has twin beds. One of the kingsize bedrooms has a spacious en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share use of the luxurious family bathroom which has a shower over the bath.
