Summary: Fantastic location and views. Unit layout was fine with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. * Non functioning A/C for our entire stay. Heaters finally supplied but not very effective. Never updated on a repair date. * Mould on master bedrooms curtains, a serious health issue. Brought to managements attention, but nothing was done during our stay. *Oven control legend was non existent rendering the oven virtually unusable. * Broken Iron (had been dropped by previous booking) Was replaced by the maintenance guy mid visit. * Near impossible to get a response/call back from the managing agents office. Explained on one my calls as a Office Staff Shortage. Overall, very disappointing given the high cost of the accommodation, we expected a lot better in apartment functionality and agent communication. We will stay elsewhere next time.
