Our condo is currently available for booking the Spring '22 Race at Talladega! There is a 3 night minimum and nightly rate is $575/night for FRI, SAT, SUN and and $189/night for additional nights before or after. Stay MUST include FRI/SAT/SUN with other days optional. Booking will be open as soon dates for Spring '22 are announced. Lincoln Harbor is the place you've been looking for! Here you will find a peaceful escape from the fast pace world we live in. The community is located on the beautiful Lake Logan Martin and is surrounded by the hills of alabama. The whole family can enjoy a vacation here. The pool and lake will entertain the children, while the adults can enjoy the luxurious condo with sights and sounds of nature and the breathtaking sunsets. The lake is known for its bass fishing, so pack the gear! You also will have easy access to shopping, dining, and much more! Lincoln Harbor is close to Birmingham and Atlanta. Plus, it is minutes from top rated golf courses, 15 minutes from Talladega speedway, 40 minutes from shopping in Birmingham 40 minutes from International Motorsports Hall of Fame and Museum (Barber) and 30 minutes from a Bass Pro Shop. Beautiful 3 bedroom-2 bath condo that is situated on the main channel of the lake. There is a pool with card access for owners and guests. There is a walking and nature trail which is located along the shore line of the lake. A beach area has picnic tables and is ready for your family for relaxing or entertaining the kids. There are plenty of boat slips available along with 4 jet ski docks and a on-site boat launch. Our condo has 3 bedrooms with a King in the master, a Queen in the 2nd and a full and a twin in the 3rd. Easily sleeps 6-7 people. The master bedroom has an adjoining master bath with a shower and garden tub. The master bedroom has doors which open up to the balcony's cozy sitting area. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share another bathroom. There is a wide screen tv in the master bedroom as well as in the den. The kitchen has granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances. It is completely stocked with everything you might need for your stay away from home. There is a beautiful fireplace to cozy up to on cool evenings. The balcony has a stone top table with 6 chairs as well as a sitting area to enjoy the lovely sunrises and sunsets.
