It is a quiet area with generally calm waters good for swimming, paddle boarding, or wake surfing. Its a fisherman's delight with some good spots nearby... but shhh its a secret! Boat ramp on site. Pontoon boats can be rented nearby at Poor House Marina.
The home is all one level with spacious living area. Large deck spans the back of the house, perfect for soaking up the view. Flat back yard with a short, easy stroll to the water.
