The detached holiday home built in 2003 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac road, in a holiday home settlement. Also due to the view over the lake from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. The pool is very modern, french type, filled with salt water. Size 9 x 4.23 meters, lit at night. The area is covered with beige quartzite and large Mediterranean stones. Next to the pool is a solar garden shower. The pool area and the ones lying there are visible because of the high plants and the shade from the house no direction. But you can enjoy the sun all day long. From the pool you can enjoy the individual panoramic view of Lake Balaton as well.
