This luxurious new home offers an open floor plan which allows the custom-designed gourmet kitchen, dining room, and gathering room to flow seamlessly together. Enjoy the gorgeous special touches throughout this showcase home such as the gourmet kitchen's impeccable stonework, two-tone cabinets and island, upgraded Kitchen-Aid stainless appliances, brushed gold pendant lighting, and matching hardware fixtures. A custom wet bar and coffee area are through the archway under the staircase. The gathering area at "Haven & Shore" is perfect for spending time with your loved ones after a long day on the beach. The brilliant owners designed this home with a king suite on each floor so the main floor features a gorgeous king suite perfect for the family member who wants to avoid the stairs. The spacious private bathroom offers a dual sink vanity, LED mirror, and walk-in shower with custom tile work. Upstairs on the second level you can rest soundly in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, sofa, private balcony, and private bathroom. The bathroom offers a spa-like setting with a dual sink vanity, LED mirror, and waterfall shower head, walk-in shower with wave-specialized stone tiles, and a rectangle soaking tub with beautiful brush gold hardware under a Parisian beaded chandelier. Down the hall is the fully customized bunk room featuring a built-in bunk design with two twin-over-queen bunk sets and a stair set in the middle. This bedroom shares the guest bathroom with the 4th bedroom which features two twin beds. Both the bunk room and the twin room have wall-mounted flat screen TVs.
