The history of our city dates back to the 13th century. In 1312 the city was granted city rights by the Swenz brothers. In 1361 Darłowo joined the Hanseatic League and the town experienced an economic boom. It is a unique place where nature has created ideal conditions for a successful holiday. Quiet, cosy and comfortable interiors, harmoniously combined with the charms of the sea climate - together create an atmosphere of complete relaxation and tranquillity.
The village is characterised by a favourable microclimate with plenty of sunshine, high air humidity and high iodine content. The town's modernity is closely linked to tourism. Darłowo's history is harmoniously intertwined with the present day. There is an aquapark with seawater. The windmills on the outskirts of the town, which produce green energy, are a symbol of environmental protection - something we are very sensitive about. We offer our guests an excellent holiday all year round. According to a ranking of Baltic seaside resorts prepared by journalists of the Polityka weekly and the RMF FM radio station, the towns of Darłowo and Darłówko are among the best places to rest on the Polish Baltic Sea.These towns have been called "five-star spa resorts" for several years. Darłówko is a seaside district of Darłowo, considered one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the Polish Baltic Sea. The town is located at the mouth of the Wieprza River. The wide beach, beautiful pine forests and healthy microclimate are a guarantee of a perfect holiday. The sandy beach in Darłówek is wide and approximately 20 km long. In summer, the beach is full of tourists, colourful deckchairs, beach chairs and shells. The western side of the beach is very wide - ideal for all lovers of water and beach sports. Water scooters and pontoon rides await holidaymakers. Younger visitors will enjoy water slides and inflatable castles. Family holidays in Darlowo are a guarantee of relaxation with children in family-friendly accommodation and recreational facilities. Our holiday home is sure to please them. We have a sofa bed for two children, and for smaller children we also offer a cot (on request). Leisure attractions in the area include a water park, rope park, playgrounds, Colorado kids' club and themed villages. Stay in shape even on holiday. We recommend cycling tours in the area or enjoying the fresh sea air while Nordic walking. You can also enjoy tennis, horse riding, fishing and much more in the area.
