As you walk up the front staircase you are greeted by a family sized Weber BBQ, a comfortable outdoor lounge that overlooks the properties front garden and driveway.
Upon entering the front door say hello to your living area with a 65" inch smart tv that will accommodate your whole group for comfortable movie night!
Just beyond the lounge area is the dining room where you can enjoys your meals, play board games and talk about the fun adventures you had for the day.
If you like cooking up a storm the spacious and well equipped kitchen will not leave you disappointed. The modern kitchen boasts a large fridge/freezer with plumbed filtered water and endless ice at your disposal, an air fryer for quick and easy meals and last but not least a fully stocked coffee bar with everything to get started in the morning.
Just down the hallway takes you through to the bathroom with a shower, bathtub, vanity and a separate toilet. The next two rooms are your Queen bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen sized bed, a smart tv and built in cupboards to store all your belongings.

Located right out the front is a bus stop and there is plenty of additional street parking. You have 2 tandem parking spaces on the driveway to the left.
Please note that are 2 separate units located within the building, the only shared space is the drive way for parking. We ask all guests to be mindful of noise during your stay as there are other guests enjoying their stay.
