This home has plenty of space for a whole family or group of friends looking for a nice Gold Coast getaway Some Features: -Great swimming pool overlooking the canal, with pool lounges -Nice quiet neighbourhood with plenty of street parking -Spacious house, nice living areas and full equipped kitchen -Multiple outdoor dining areas -BBQ and plenty of space in the backyard -Close to everything the Gold Coast has to offer! -Pacific Fair + Casino This lovely cosy 3 bedroom home sits on the canal in Mermaid Waters. It features a great pool and plenty of privacy with a central location that's hard to beat! //COMMON AREAS// The main living room has plenty of space to sit, watch TV, chat and relax. It also accesses the kitchen and backyard via a sliding door window, so you can see whats happening in the backyard. //OUTDOORS// The backyard is an entertainers delight. A lovely fully fenced pool overlooks the canal. Gas powered BBQ for cooking outdoors. Sun lounges to lay on, plenty of space for kids to enjoy. There is also a fantastic dining area under the rear patio verandah. Outside the front door of the house is another courtyard which has a very cool green wall as well as another outdoor furniture set to sit back and relax on or chat with friends. //KITCHEN// Great kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need to make tasty meals and entertain. All the appliances you need and a breakfast bar for you to sit at. The kitchen overlooks the living room as well as the backyard so you can keep an eye on everything. //BEDROOMS// Master Bedroom - Queen size bed and ensuite with toilet, shower and sink. Also has air conditioning, clothes rack, ceiling fan and besides with lamps. Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, air conditioning, TV, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and plenty of space. Bedroom 3 - 2 Single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, dresser drawers //BATHROOMS// The main bathroom features a large bathtub/shower, large vanity and good sized mirror. The other bathroom is in the Master bedroom. //PARKING// There is parking on the driveway and plenty of free un-metered street parking. //OTHER FEATURES// Just 10 minutes walk (3 min drive) to Pacific Fair shopping centre 15 min walk or 5 min drive to Star Casino Public transport just a short walk away Close to beaches, attractions and tonnes of restaurants! Lots of nightlife in Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise, just a short Uber or Drive away! Miami Marketta is also close by (A great unique venue to visit!) Private, quiet and a really nice relaxing vibe to the house. Guests will have access to the entire house. There is an outdoor storage garage which will be locked. Great neighbourhood right in the heart of all the Gold Coast action, without all the noise and craziness you might get in Surfers Paradise! Safe and nice, plenty of cafes, activities, shopping, restaurants and more! CAR: Driving is great in this area, plenty of parking and easy access to Gold Coast Highway as well as M1 Motorway. RIDES-HARING/TAXI/UBER: All ride-sharing apps operate in this area and are widely available. You generally get rides within 5-10 minutes at most times. Taxis are also easy to get, just call them. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: The nearest bus stop is on Sunshine Boulevard (5 min walk) Or you can simply walk to the bus stop on Gold Coast Highway (10-15min walk) which is a more main route that operates 24/7 in summer and services all the beach-side Gold Coast Suburbs from Broadbeach to Tweed Heads! To go to surfers paradise, just walk to the tram stop at Pacific fair/Gold Coast highway (15 min). These trams go through Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise etc and also operate almost 24/7 in summer months. WALKING: You can also walk around! The fantastic Pacific Fair shopping centre is just 10 minutes walk away! Pacific Fair has just about EVERYTHING you need! Please note that this house is in a nice quiet neighbourhood with great neighbours. As such it is not suitable for parties or loud groups. A perfect place for a family or multiple couples to have an escape right in the heart of the Gold Coast! **No Schoolies, parties, bucks/hens groups. Violators will be evicted from the property immediately.
