Perseus Terrace is nestled in the middle of a private gated complex opposite the Famous Gunwharf Quays shopping centre which was built in 2001.
Number 7 is one of 14 private townhomes in amongst 390 high-end luxury Apartments.

From the front entrance, you walk into a very open and bright south-facing living area which comprises of a large kitchen with a 12-foot white corian kitchen worktop which encompasses a breakfast bar for six people and a floor-to-ceiling cupboard space housing all Miele and Bosch appliances and coffee facilities.
There is a separate dining table which can accommodate six which is merged into a living area with light oak Amtico flooring throughout with leather antique Chesterfield sofas leading onto five bifold doors which open right up onto the 50-foot garden area.
The stairs take you to the 1st-floor, which houses the master bedroom again, which is self-facing and has;
