A perfect 2 bedroom 2nd floor apartment, sleeping up to 5, with off road parking Enjoying a sea view whilst seated at the dining table in the bay window or a leisurely walk around Canoe Lake post breakfast only a stones throw away from the front door. Closest supermarket is co-op at the end of Alhambra Road less than 2 mins walk away, 10 minutes from the local shops and restaurants of Osbourne Road, with Victorious Festival and the Great South Run on your doorstep. The Historic dock yard, Gunwharf Quays and the Isle of Wight are must do's during your stay, if you want to travel further afield, rail, bus and road links are all easily accessible.
-Sleeping configuration is very flexible - 2 bedrooms- bedroom 1 with one super king bed which can separate to 2 large singles - bedroom 2 with a double bed - living area - with day bed that splits into 2 large singles - travel cot for our younger guests. Foldaway z bed is also available and fits into bedroom one with the super king if required. Towels and linens are provided (NB NO TRAVEL COT LINENS AVAILABLE PLEASE SUPPLY YOUR OWN)
Kitchen-fully equipped for those who want to make the most of their self catering surroundings, complimentary welcome pack on arrival. Bathroom, with bath and shower, non slip mat and complimentary toiletries for a stress free arrival.
Parking - you will have an off road space throughout your stay. Parking bays a large enough to accommodate a family car, please contact your host if you have any doubts.
Access - not easily accessible for those in wheelchairs and with very limited mobility please ask if there are any doubts.

Summary: The location of this property was great! It was easy to find and close to all of the attractions. There was an issue with the actual property that we rented, but Jozie found us a similar one that was just down the street from the other. The flat was clean and comfortable. It had a fantastic kitchen and Jozie provided snacks and a bottle of wine! We loved the french doors to the balcony, which stayed open most of the time that we were there, because of the nice breeze. The parking was a little tight, but we had no issue parking our small SUV. The flat was very close to the beach and all of the attractions were a short drive. Would totally recommend this Southsea flat. We had a great time! Thank you Jozie!
