Lovely seaside house with associated guest house in Kolboda with a high holiday feeling where you are close to Sandvik, Vita Sand and Kalmar. Here you have everything for a successful holiday: a really fresh house with a perfect location, good beds and a fantastic secluded garden with a large terrace in different stages. You live in a nice cottage area where there is a bathing area with jetty, bathing raft and barbecue area as well as outdoor gym, playground and boules court. Here you can enjoy beneficial walks / bike rides along Möreleden that leads you along the sea towards both Sandvik and Vita Sand with astonishing nature and sea views. You have a large nice living room with living room furniture in front of the TV and spacious dining room furniture. The beautiful patio doors lead out onto the nice terrace with outdoor furniture, hammock and barbecue. In the kitchen you have most of what you may need. The large house has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a 120cm bed and the third with a 105cm bed. You have a smaller bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. The nice guest house has a family bunk bed and its own terrace with nice lounge furniture. Heating in the stove is not allowed Charging of electric car not allowed You have the popular restaurant La Famiglia 8km away where you can enjoy fantastic food in a Mediterranean inspired environment. To Vita Sand where there is a beach, cafeteria, ice cream parlour and a lot of fun for the children you have 6km. You are even closer to Sandvik's beach and closest to Kolboda's own beach. In to Kalmar's large selection you have 25km. If you want to enjoy a day at the spa, there is the beautiful Stufvenäs Spa, where you can also enjoy delicious food in a nice environment.
