Downstairs is open plan with 2 sets of patio doors (one is bi-fold) leading to patio and garden. There is a dining area seating 8 and a lounge area seating 8 around a log burning stove and wall mounted Smart TV. The downstairs has underfloor heating and access to the garage for storage, washer/dryer and drinks fridge as well as a downstairs WC. On the first floor there are three bedrooms - one has a kingsized bed, en-suite shower room and a balcony with bi-fold doors. There is a further double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom (with bath and over head shower) and TV/Gaming room with sofa bed. The third floor has the master bedroom with a queen sized bed, an en-suite bathroom (with bath and separate shower enclosure) and a balcony (with sea view).
