The house has a long history as part of Boo Egendom and once served as a driver's residence. On the lower level, you have an open plan with a well-equipped kitchen with a small kitchen island, an adjoining dining area and a cozy sofa corner. At the house's entrance there is a very fresh shower room where it is possible to shower three people at the same time, adjacent is a separate toilet. The floor plan is connected by a beautiful staircase and on the middle floor there is the house's sleeping area with five separate bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed. Here you will also find four separate wc rooms. All wet areas in the house are of a high standard. On the top floor you will find another bedroom with a single bed and a pleasant family room with a comfortable sofa group and large panoramic window facing the park that surrounds Boskulla Corp de Logis. If you need to charge an electric car, the option is available at the intended charger, you book and pay on the spot. The house is part of the Boo Fideikommiss property, which includes Boo Castle. The property is located roughly 40 km southeast of Örebro and covers 15,000 hectares. In addition, approximately 1,000 ha of water are added.
