The house is furnished with a new beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating. Newly renovated kitchen in open connection with living room. New modern furniture. Air-air heat pump is installed for cheap heating. There is an 8 m² covered terrace with patio heater and a large, new south-facing terrace of 40 m².
