In beautiful forest and lake areas, this brand new house (bulit 2023) is located just a hundred meters from Vånga lake. Access to the beach below the house and a boat to fish from are included in the rent. The stillness and tranquility here in nature is indescribable and invites lots of fresh air and fellowship with family and friends. The house has a large patio with garden furniture and charcoal grill overlooking the lake. From here, a patio door into the kitchen with an open floor plan and open in the ceiling up to the ridge, which gives a lot of space. There is a dining table and sofa bed in this large family room with a fireplace in the center. A fire can be lit for warmth and provides a high cozy factor during shared moments around the dining table. Wood for the stove is bought from the owner upon arrival or during the stay. The house has two nice bedrooms with a double bed in each room. The bathroom with entrance from the hall next to the bedrooms is bright and fresh, and also has a washing machine. As the house is nestled in beautiful nature with lots of deciduous forests and lakes in the area, there is a lot to see and experience around the knot. For those interested in fishing, Harsjömåla forest and sport fishing area is nearby, as is Halens Friluftsområde with canoe and kayak rental, which is a larger nature reserve right next to Olofström. In Karlshamn there is "Kreativum", which is a discovery center for curious people of all ages. Even Eriksberg Wildlife and Nature Park, east of Karlshamn, offers animals and nature enthusiasts fantastic experiences in the safari park.
