Ideal for a successful holiday in Brittany, this cottage is located in a hamlet typical of the region and adjoining the cellar of a house, 20 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, less than 40 minutes from Saint-Malo, Dinan, Ferns and Reindeer. You will overlook the Marais de Sougéal, located in the Baie du Mont-Saint-Michel nature reserve. You will appreciate the fauna, flora and numerous walks. In the direct vicinity (7 km), the Villecartier Forest constitutes a family leisure center with its pond, its miniature port, its horseback riding and its treetop adventure course. The cottage is carefully furnished and decorated in a contemporary cottage spirit and aims for a fair balance between country and modernity.
On the ground floor, the living room and the open kitchen are built around the wood stove and its large fireplace, which will welcome you lit when the season warrants it. The living room opens onto a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, lawn area. On the 1st floor: the landing leads to a large double bedroom (160x200 bed) which can accommodate a baby bed, a triple bedroom (140x200 and 90x200 bed) and a bathroom with toilet. You will not have to plan anything, bathroom linen is provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival. Bluetooth speaker, board games, books.... will ensure cozy evenings. The cottage includes 2 private parking spaces. To make your stay easier, Anaïs and Nicolas offer, upon reservation and paid option, to prepare friendly family meals that you just have to put in the oven, as well as breakfast baskets made from local products. Pets are welcome, with a limit of two animals per stay.
