This unique barn, which has been restored elaborately with elements such as exposed stone walls and wooden cladding, is now a relaxing holiday residence in a rural atmosphere, on an eight-hectare site with a fish pond and a beautifully planted park near the Loire, in the Département Loire Atlantique.
A big glass door in the living room opens onto the furnished terrace and the park with its fish pond, where you can go fishing.
The 70m² house is at ground level and is therefore also suitable for wheelchair users. All the rooms offer a beautiful view of the park and the pond. The big living room consists of a fully-equipped, open kitchen with a dining space and a living room with a comfortable sitting area. The room faces the park and the lake. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200cm). The bathroom has an Italian shower, a washing machine and there is also a separate toilet. The house has air conditioning and a TV with reception of more than 200 international channels.
Owing to its convenient rural location between the towns of Nantes and Ancenis, which are about a 20-minute drive away, the house is an ideal starting point for a range of activities in nature. You can go riding, hiking or cycling as leisure activities. There is also plenty for culture lovers to see.
