Embark on the peaceful retreat when you book a stay at La Bella! A minimal clean cosmopolitan home with no back neighbors, this beautiful home is nestled in the highly desirable Glennwildes surrounded by lots of Pine trees and Oak trees. This town has beautiful greenbelts to take your daily stroll.
On days that you'd prefer to stay closer to home, simply walk outside the back door and dip into the private, Mediterranean pool.
The space
Forget your worries in this spacious beautiful clean home in Maricopa! This 5-bedroom, 4 bathroom property has a fully equipped kitchen with a chefs dream pot filler and a RO system for cooking and drinking water. The family room is perfect for sitting and watching Netflix, or prime movies. This home is perfect for a family vacation, a weekend trip with friends, quick golf trips, seeing concerts or sporting events, or just for some fun in the sun. Great space to relax, soak up some sun next to the Mediterranean pool, or get out and explore the Arizona desert and its beautiful hiking trails.
Pool: Not heated
Water in AZ tends to be quite hard due to mineral content. We installed an entire house filtration system so your skin, clothes and hair feel and look great. The water tastes better and is safe to drink.
Guest access
Parking is limited to the driveway only and certain street areas. The garage is occupied and the HOA restricts street parking.
Please note: At times guests may leave behind non-perishable food items such as condiments, etc. Anything that is in the pantry, refrigerator, or freezer is free for you to enjoy. We only ask that you be sure to dispose of any of your own perishable items upon your departure.
The thermostat is coded to heat up to a high of 73 degrees in winter months, and the lowest AC setting is 75 degrees in the summer months.
Notification of scheduled property maintenance:
*If you are checked in on any given WEDNESDAY you will see someone at the side gate coming to remove trash/recycle bins to the front curb.
*If you are checked in on any given THURSDAY you will see someone at the side gate bringing trash/recycle bins into the side yard.
*The pool is cleaned every THURSDAY, so you may see someone in the backyard for a short time.
*If you are checked in on THE LAST MONDAY OF THE MONTH you may see someone on the property spraying for bugs.
*If you are checked in the FIRST WEEK OF THE MONTH (either the 4th or 5th, typically) you may see landscapers in the yard cleaning/blowing out the yard. It can be a bit noisy, but typically takes less than an hour.

We are an echo friendly home and appreciate all the help we can get from our guests in turning off lights when needed and preserving water. This home runs on solar panels and we are proud to be a grain in the sand of one more home to help our planet.
