Private wooded lakefront home oasis, 15 to downtown, uptown, the lakes and Lake Minnetonka. Lake is beautiful and fairly private for the city, is not for swimming or large boats, but great for kayaking or canoeing from our dock.
5 BR: 5 beds (2 queen & 2 full upstairs in the 4 upstairs bedrooms), 1 futon bed in main floor office/bedroom), 3 bathrooms ( 1 full and 3/4 upstairs), and 1 half bath (toilet & sink) on main floor. Gas fireplace, 1.75 acre lot, enormous private deck and stone fire pit.
Please note: owners live on site and will be in completely separate basement studio with our cat and dog. Driveway is shared, guests park on the right, owners park on the left. We give our guests the space and privacy they need but make ourselves available as needed for support. House, yard, deck and fire pit are yours to enjoy exclusively during your stay. There's an active train line that can be heard from the house when the trains go by.
Large kitchen and dining room, perfect for family gatherings, reunions, etc., large front yard and deck also great for groups for friends and extended family (no huge parties).
- Appliances: Coffee maker, espresso machine, microwave, double wall oven, gas cooktop, toaster oven/air fryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer on 2nd floor, iron, hair dryer, 2 televisions, wifi, surround sound on main floor with bluetooth receiver.
-Covid related: Owners are fully vaccinated as of 4/2/21, full anti-bacterial and anti-viral cleaning protocols are followed in between guests.
