This apartment, which is on the upper floor of a two-story stone built house, is located on the outskirts of the traditional village of St. Nicolas (Agios Nikolaos)
in Sithonia Chalkidiki. It's a two level apartment which contains the main level and a loft.

The modern design and facilities are combined with the romance of an earlier era and the spirit of the picturesque old village of St.Nicolas.
The architectural Byzantine-inspired design with wood and stone, the warm colors and the mixture of modern furnishings, the authentic paintings and antiques create
an effect of romantic elegance, warmth and an intimate atmosphere that guarantee relaxation and refreshment.
On the first level you find a gorgeous veranda with undisturbed views of pinewoods, rolling hills of olive tree and the vast blue sea of the Siggitikos Gulf.
You enter the living area with the big sofa, a very tall closet with mirrored doors and a chest of drawers. On one end of the room you find another covered balcony
which overlooks the sea and rolling hills. The Roman doors and windows all around, all made of German solid wood, bring the outside-in.
The kitchen on the other side of this same room is going to serve your needs in the best way possible. You'll find the necessary electrical appliances like a refrigerator,
a washing machine, a Tepanyaki, a stove, a toaster, a coffee maker to name a few. There are plates and glasses of good taste, silverwear, knives and cutting boards
and the necessary pots and pans. There's also a round table with a white marble top and antique chairs.
On this same level you'll find the main bedroom with a Queen-size bed and a closet, the bathroom with a shower cabin and lots of cabinet space.
In the small hall way there's a narrow upright wooden staircase which leads to a beautiful loft with the exposed wooden beam ceiling. A small paradise for older children and young couples. This loft has three single beds with crisp linen and beautiful covers. There are also two chests of drawers and a small table.
Two ceiling windows let you you watch the starry nights before you fall asleep...
One side of this loft is open and overlooks the living area downstairs.
The apartment is air-conditioned for cooling or heating. There's a wonderful wifi connection that allows you to stay connected with the rest of the world. There's also a flat screen TV in the living area and a small one in the main bedroom.
The big front veranda is furnished with a three seater sofa and two armchairs. There's also a wooden table and chairs.
Small details like the curtains around the veranda, the lanterns, pillows and the traditional carpets on the floor make this outside space really atmospheric and relaxing. An almost constant breeze will keep you pleasantly cool.

The neighborhood.

In the picturesque village of St.Nicolas you'll find all the amenities. There is a Super Market, groceries store, green grocer's, bakeries with the most wonderful bread.
There's also a Health Center and two big modern Pharmacies.
A picturesque open market every Thursday very close to the apartment will provide you with fresh produce , fresh fish, poultry and dairy products.
The central square of the village with the tavernas all around and the occasional live music give a tone of summery carelessness.
Strolling on the cobbled narrow streets of the village with the traditional houses and the old stone-built churches travel you to older eras.

We would advise you to have your own car because the places you might want to visit whether for swimming or entertaining are magical and full of surprises.
Πετροχτιστο Διαμέρισμα 2 επιπεδων που βρισκεται στις παρυφες του χωριού, ανάμεσα σε πευκοδάσος, σε κυματιστους λοφους με ελαιόδενδρα και μια σμαραγδενια θαλασσα.
Για όσους αναζητούν την απόλυτη γαλήνη ενώ ταυτόχρονα η έντονη ζωή βρίσκεται παντού τριγύρω είναι μια ιδανική λύση.
Ενα εκλεπτυσμένο αρτιστικο περιβάλλον και μια μεγάλη βεράντα με μαγική θέα κανουν αυτόματα τον καλεσμένο να αισθανθεί σαν να βρίσκεται σπίτι του.
Αυτό το πολύ διαφορετικό διαμέρισμα των 55cm2 με την 20cm2 βεράντα συν ένα πλαϊνό μπαλκόνι, αποτελείται από 2 επίπεδα, τον κύριο όροφο και την σοφίτα με το εσωτερικό της "μπαλκονι".
Η αρχιτεκτονική είναι Βυζαντινού Ρυθμού με πέτρα και ξύλο. Ο μοντέρνος σχεδιασμός και οι ανέσεις συνδυάζονται με τον ρομαντισμό μιας παλαιότερης εποχής και το πνεύμα του παραδοσιακού χωριού του Αγίου Νικολάου.
Τα ζεστά χρώματα παντρεμένα με μοντέρνα επίπλωση, αυθεντικούς πίνακες και αντίκες δημιουργούν ένα εφέ ρομαντισμού, ζεστασιάς και σπιτικής ατμόσφαιρας που εγγυώνται χαλάρωση και αναζωογόνηση.
Στο πρώτο επίπεδο ανεβαίνοντας μια σκάλα θα συναντήσετε μια υπέροχη σκεπαστη βεράντα με θέα πευκοδάσους, εκτάσεις λοφων με ελαιώνες και την θάλασσα του Σιγγιτικου κόλπου.
Μπαίνετε στο καθημερινό δωμάτιο με τον μεγάλο καναπέ, την ψηλή ντουλάπα με καθρέφτες, έπιπλο με τηλεόραση και στερεοφωνικό και μια μεγάλη συρταριερα. Στην μια άκρη αυτού του δωματίου υπάρχει ένα ευρύχωρο σκεπαστεί μπαλκόνι με θέα τη θάλασσα. Παράθυρα και μπαλκονόπορτες, από μασιφ ξύλο Γερμανίας, ένα γύρω σε αυτόν τον χώρο δημιουργούν φυσικούς πίνακες με το ματι να απλώνεται στη φυση.
Η κουζίνα στην άλλη πλευρά αυτού του ίδιου χώρου θα σας εξυπηρετήσει με τον καλύτερο τρόπο. Εκει θα βρείτε όλες τις απαραίτητες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές όπως πλυντήριο ρούχων, μικρό ψυγείο, ηλεκτρική κουζίνα 2 εστιών, απορροφητηρα, φρυγανιερα, τοστιέρα, καφετιέρα, ηλεκτρικό λεμονοστηφτη. Εκει θα βρειτε πιατα και ποτηρια διαφόρων χρήσεων, φλυτζάνια, μεγάλα μαχαίρια και βάσεις κοπής, κατσαρόλες, τηγανιά, κουτάλες κλπ. Μια ροτοντα με άσπρο μάρμαρο Θασου και βιενεζικες καρέκλες εξυπηρετούν και ζεσταίνουν τον χώρο.
Στο ίδιο επίπεδο βρίσκεται το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα αναπαυτικο κρεβάτι φάρδους 1.80 cm, εντοιχισμένη ντουλάπα και ντουλάπι με ραφια. Επίσης το μπάνιο με γυάλινη καμπίνα κρουαζιέρας και ντουλάπια πάνω και κάτω από τον νιπτήρα που εξυπηρετούν τέλεια τις ανάγκες σας.
Σε αυτό το ίδιο επίπεδο ένα μικρό Χωλ έχει μια Όρθια ξύλινη σκάλα που οδηγεί στην πανέμορφη σοφίτα με την ανοιχτή "κρεμαστη" ξύλινη στέγη. Ένα μικρό Παραδεισενιο καταφύγιο για μεγάλα παιδιά ή νεαρά ζευγάρια. Αυτή η σοφίτα έχει 3 αναπαυτικά κρεβάτια, 2 συρταριερα και τραπεζάκι. 2 μεγάλα παράθυρα οροφής σας αφήνουν να απολαύσετε τον έναστρο ουρανό πριν αποκοιμηθειτε...
Η μια μακριά πλευρά αυτής της σοφίτα έχει ανοιχτό εσωτερικό "μπαλκονι" που "κοιταζει" κάτω στον χώρο του καθημερινού δωματίου.
Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει ένα μεγάλο air-condition 18btu με inverter για κρύο/ζεστή, υπέροχη σύνδεση Wi-Fi για να παραμείνετε σε επαφή με τον κόσμο, μια flat screen TV και στερεοφωνικό.

Η βεράντα είναι επιπλωμένη με 3θεσιο καναπέ με αναπαυτικες μαξιλάρες, και κεντρικό τραπέζι σαλονιού, ξύλινο τραπέζι φαγητού, 4 πολυθρόνες και τραπεζάκι καφενείου.
Μικρές λεπτομέρειες όπως οι κουρτίνες γύρω στη βεράντα, φανάρια με κεριά, παραδοσιακές κουρελουδες και μαξιλάρες κάνουν τον εξωτερικό χώρο ατμοσφαιρικό, ήσυχο για διάβασμα και ξεκούραστο. Ένα σχεδόν μόνιμο αεράκι θα σας κρατάει ευχάριστα δροσερους.
Γλάστρες με λουλούδια συμπληρώνουν το σκηνικό.

Η κεντρική πλατεία, ουσιαστικά το "σαλονι" του χωριού, σε απόσταση 3 λεπτών με τα πόδια από το σπίτι, με τις γραφικές ταβέρνες, ένα γύρω και την "ζωντανη" μουσική κάποιες μέρες της εβδομάδας σας δίνουν μια νότα καλοκαιρινής ξεγνοιασιάς.
Η βόλτα στα πλακόστρωτα στενά του χωριού με τα παραδοσιακά σπίτια και οι παλιές πετροχτιστες εκκλησίες θα σας μεταφέρουν σε άλλες εποχές...
