Summary: I would stay there again at the price I paid of just under $100. I do not like giving stars but I have given it four stars since some star rating is required. The number of stars does not carry much information since a two star rating of a first class getaway could be a better stay than a five star rating at a low price location. I liked this stay because of the modest price for a location near the Heathrow airport and because it had the amenities I need. Especially, I needed a microwave, frig, and stove top. The owners/managers were responsive to texts and someone was there to greet me when I arrived. They gave helpful information about transportation to their place from Heathrow. They allowed me to come two ours earlier than the normal arrival time. The bed was satisfactory for a one night stay. The neighborhood was safe seemingly but not particularly interesting. There are at least two buses that go from Heathrow to their neighborhood. Then there is about a five minute walk. Google maps and Apple map gave incorrect walking information (sending me down a driveway to walk through a wall) but they show the correct location on the map so it is not hard to figure out. Very close to their house is a co-op market, which is helpful for bringing food home to the kitchen. It is a small market, however. Near the co-op is another small store with fresh fruit and vegetables. A pharmacy is also in the same location. I do not know how close by would be entertainment and a larger grocery store. The unit is attached to the main house with a locked door. There was never any noise coming into the rental unit. Entry to the unit is via a locked gate and a separate locked door on the unit. Instructions for access were clear but someone was home when I arrived to let me in. Both the man I corresponded with and the woman (lady, if you prefer) I met were personable and helpful. Kitchen and bath were both entirely satisfactory, with the bath needing only a better fitting toilet seat and lid. All in all, I was pleased with the accommodation. Thank you to the owners/managers.
