Amazing location with floor-to-ceiling windows offering sun-drenched, unobstructed views of Alpine Meadows and Munchkins Peak! Our standalone home was recently updated with all new furniture and includes three parking spaces on the heated driveway. Dogs welcome! (Sorry, no cats).
In the winter, guests can access the Alpine Meadows Mountaineer shuttles for easy ski access! In the summer, bike to Tahoe City or Squaw Village, float on the Truckee River, hike the Five Lakes trail or grab a drink at River Ranch while enjoying live music!
Enjoy the newly renovated main living area with double-height, floor-to-ceiling glass windows providing unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. Sit back on the two oversized sofas to enjoy the open concept living area with friends! A modern gas fireplace in the corner will keep you cozy all winter while you cook gourmet meals in the newly renovated custom kitchen with a live-edge dining table (seats 8).
The elevated deck offers stunning views of Alpine Meadows and Munchkins Ridge. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine while relaxing in our comfortable Adirondack chairs. Or relax in the outdoor hot tub after a long day on the slopes.
The home has three bedrooms and three FULL bathrooms, plus a pull-out queen sleeper in the living room. All rooms have new memory foam mattresses with premium linens.

The brand new custom kitchen includes brand new stainless steel appliances, plenty of pots, pans, and dishware, as well as a coffeemaker and toaster located on modern quartz countertops. The home also has a full washer/dryer on the main level, perfect for drying out your ski gear or running that extra load of laundry during your stay.
In the garage, you'll find plenty of space to store your skis, boards, boots, bikes and other outdoor toys during all seasons! Note: Parking in the garage is prohibited due to space constraints, but but there are three parking spaces on the flat heated driveway and surrounding berm that is professionally plowed all season.
A/C: The house has air conditioning in the main living area, but not within the bedrooms (window fans are provided).
Other Things to Note
NO PARTIES OR ROWDY GROUPS. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood and noise violations will result in an immediate loss of security deposit.
Guests will be able to access the the entire home. The garage has ski racks and areas to remove ski boots and store your outdoor toys with easy flat access into the house.
Dog-Friendly: We love furry friends (we have two corgis ourselves)! However, the owner has a severe cat allergy, so we must enforce a strict dog-only policy. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms and must be supervised while on the outdoor deck. No puppies under the age of 3mo and all dogs must be house trained.
WiFi: The house has Suddenlink 1GB wifi...very fast and perfect for working from home.
All reservations will be subject to a $1500 security deposit to be used in the event there are any damages or violation of house rules during your stay.
