Positive: The total experience was amazing, we love the onsen. Perfectly setup and you get the best view of both Kofū and Mt.Fuji. The owner, Taka-san provided such an amazing hospitality experience, he was super helpful and kind, we felt welcomed.

Negative: Nothing, everything was on point.
