This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom newly built home in a Bellemont private community with mountain views and accommodations for up to 8 guests per stay. Included are three queen beds and one full-size bed. The master bedroom has its own bathroom while the remaining 3 guest bedrooms share a well-sized bathroom with tub and shower. Towels and complimentary toiletries are provided. The living room and master bedroom have smart TV's. Closets provide ample space for storage.
The downstairs great room opens up to a large backyard with private patio, BBQ grill, and spaces for dining or lounging. Inside is a custom kitchen with full amenities, large pantry, and coffee bar. The living room is equipped with a fireplace and large flat-screen smart TV. Additional features include free hi-speed Wifi, central AC and gas heating, plenty of hot water. There is a full size washer and dryer.
Located a quick 5 minute drive from downtown Flagstaff and close proximity to various restaurants and activities such as hiking, biking, golf and skiing. Within 1-2 hours driving distance of other popular AZ destinations including Sedona, Prescott, Williams, Route 66 and the Grand Canyon.
