Passing the house, a beautiful hiking trail leads to the Mottarone and the surrounding mountains. The many vantage points always surprise with changing views of the exceptionally beautiful landscape and the lake. The area is also ideal for mountain bike tours, horseback riding and numerous sightseeing trips to Lake Maggiore and Milan. About 1 km away there is a restaurant, in about 3 km the small town of Levo and 3 supermarkets and in about 7 to 9 km away you reach the beautiful golf course of Stresa, the beautiful lakeside promenade of Stresa with inviting restaurants, cafes , Bars and shops, the public beach and the boat dock. The tastefully, modern furnished stone house "Casetta del Rio" has a living space of approx. 70 m², 2 covered terraces of approx. 30 m², a garden of approx. 600 m² and a slope plot of approx. 67. 000 m².
