Positive: Amazing location in the middle of nowhere. Lake is nearby. Essentially you leave in the forest with great comfort. A lot of birds are chirping and singing. With some luck you might observe quite some wildlife. There is a small 2 km walking route nearby which starts 300 meters from the apartment. Separate entrance is a good thing. Though it's not wheelchair accessible. The apartment is placed on top of the garage. A small terrace/balcony is great. You might expect sun from 2-3 PM there. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Though be aware that the microwave oven and washing machine are not available in the apartment itself. Three chairs and a table for eating. Bed/pillows are comfortable but the bed might not be enough for two if you prefer to have a lot of space. It was warm at the end of April. No issues with the hot water. Wi-fi was so-so with the 200-300 ms ping. Also tested T-Mobile and Play. I've ended using T-Mobile which was surprisingly more stable with ~100 ms ping and a low amount of packets lost. The main room has enough space for putting at least one yoga mat and you'll be pretty comfortable. The yard is essentially a lot of grass and several places where you can sit. Plenty of parking space. Getting to the closest town (Mrągowo) takes around 20 minutes by car. I would suggest going through Jędrychowo using paved roads rather than trusting navigation apps which prefer dusty roads. The town has a decent number of restaurants and several shopping centres. The Facilities section doesn't mention that but towels are provided.
Negative: You can still hear a distant hum of traffic (5-6 km away) when outside. So you might choose another place if you're looking for a total quietness.
