Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The host was responsive and communicative, so we always knew what to expect next. They thoughtfully left some snacks and bananas on our arrival (we were starving), and provided toothpastes among other things in the bathrooms (how did they know we just ran out? :) The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had all that we needed, and everything else like washer/dryer and Internet worked really well. The building had 24-hour security guard, and we felt largely safe walking around the area even past sunset a couple times. It's close to some good restaurants -- Camaron Barbosa Marisqueria had some of the best seafood we had in Ecuador, and Fu Zhao had decent Chinese food.
