Our apartment Naschmarkt premium is a spacious apartment in a quiet, courtyard location. You live on the ground floor of a typical Viennese old building. The apartment is characterized by its modern and high quality furnishings and consists of an anteroom that merges into the kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. From the kitchen you can access the terrace.
In each of the bedrooms there is a double bed (lying areas 160 x 200 cm and 180 x 200 cm). In the larger bedroom there is also an armchair that can be converted into another bed for one person. Large boxes offer enough space to store your clothes.
In the high-quality kitchen you will find a dishwasher, stove with an induction hob, microwave with grill, kettle, coffee machine, and plenty of cooking and eating utensils.
In the large living room there is a dining table and a comfortable sofa that can be used as an additional double bed (lying area 140 x 200 cm). Another armchair can also be converted into a single bed.
The bathroom of the larger bedroom is equipped with a bathtub, vanity and washing machine. In the second bathroom you will find a spacious shower and also a washstand. There are enough towels available. The toilet is separate from the bathrooms.
The private terrace is equipped with wooden floorboards and a small table.
All five Naschmarkt apartments are in the same building. So we can accommodate larger groups of guests in one house.

You live very centrally in Franzensgasse, a small alley with many beautiful Biedermeier houses in downtown Margareten. The most beautiful market in Vienna, the Naschmarkt, is just around the corner. There are many shops, restaurants, bars and restaurants.The 1st District, the historical center of the city, with sights such as Karlskirche, Hofburg, City Hall, Spanish Riding School can be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes.
