Organized on two levels and with a total surface of more than 230m², the house offers on the terrace level:
* A splendid living room of 70 square meters, real heart of the house, with more than 6m under ceiling, whose huge frech windows open largely on the outside and allows a crossing light. Divided into two spaces, it offers:
- A fully equipped semi-open kitchen with a dining area for indoor dining.
- A spacious living room where the sofa; armchairs and coffee table elegantly fit around the large open fireplace, available for the cooler evenings.
* A first sleeping area is located at this level with:
- A children’s room with three single beds, bedside tables, a desk and a closet.
- In a row, a beautiful master suite with a double bed 160cm, two bedside tables, cupboard/ closet storage.
- It has a modern bathroom with tiled Italian shower, sink and toilet.
* From the living room, the beautiful chestnut wood spiral staircase leads to a large mezzanine area where a second lounge with multiple uses has been arranged. You can read one of the many books in the library, watch a movie on TV, work on the large glass desk, rest comfortably on the sofa; and even sleep there, the aera offering an extra bed for two guests.
* Adjoining, you will find a second bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.

* The former "couderc" - which means "the field" in the former Occitan language - has now given way to a remarkable 5000m² private garden, inviting children to long hide-and-seek games, and adults to idleness and daydreaming in one of its romantic nooks.
* Set by this green setting, the private pool will gather young and old for beautiful afternoon swimming after returning from the many excursions offered by the immediate surroundings. Of dimension 4.5 x 9m and depth of 150cm and a hard cover for safety. It is equipped with deckchairs and parasols.
