Quintessential VENICE BEACH with garden patio located right between Venice beach/boardwalk and Abbot Kinney (best shopping / restaurants.) Conveniently set up w/queen bed, kitchenette, full bath and washer dryer, this studio is the perfect place to work from or enjoy a short vacation in the heart of Los Angeles' Venice Beach. One block from the beach, convenient street parking, the studio is good for singles or couples. Enjoy outdoor BBQ and drinks in the backyard.
OUTDOOR DECK: Our outdoor decks sprawl over 700 square feet, behind 10-14 foot tall secured fence and gates. We have BBQ.
TELEVISIONS: There are four smart TVs in the house with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Apple TVs, Firestick etc...
WATER: All of the water in the house is reverse osmosis filtered . Indulge!
WE ARE ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS PROPERTY:
HEATING & COOLING: The house has a portable AC unit since extra insulation & double decking was installed, so itโs very ECO conscious insulated. House is 2 blocks from the beach, and the California climate is perfect; never too hot or too cold. In the summer months, we open windows for the ocean breeze to cool us off, and in the winter, we turn the heaters on when needed and turn them off when leaving windows or doors open on sunnier days. When you leave the house, please do not leave the heaters on in the winter.
COOLING: We have a small portable AC unit cooling that requires ice cubes and can cool off a room if needed in about an hour.
HEATING: We have radiant energy saving wall heaters.
KITCHEN & BATHROOM SOAPS & SHAMPOOS & LAUNDRY DETERGENTS are all eco friendly & organic.
REUSABLE COTTON KITCHEN TOWELS: Instead of paper towels we use black cotton reusable towels which our cleaning staff always leaves plenty of on top of the kitchen counters.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- hair dryers are in top drawer of each bathroom
- extra towels and sheets for emergencies are available when needed.
- Just ask Sin or Rina and they will give you access to the locked closet.
โEco modern zenโ is the best way to describe my place. I travel a lot for work and experience cool amenities in different houses and continents so I built my house with some of those amenities in mind. Also when I come home I like to relax and enjoy all Venice has to offer: great chill vibes, waves, surfing, best restaurants, art galleries, unique boutique shopping and MY HOUSE. Enjoy it!!!
TRASH: Leave the trash in trash cans below the kitchen sinks and in the bathrooms or by the office desk and our cleaners will take care of it. If you stay longer or have more trash our bins are located outside in the back alley behind the black guest house. Ask for the code.
CLEANING & COVID PREVENTION:
We care about your wellness and safety. We have researched best practices based on CDC & WHO recommendations. Our cleaning crew has already incorporated the guidelines into the cleaning regimen, so your stay with us will be clean and sanitized. All surfaces and light switches and commonly used items such as remote controls, garage clickers are wiped down & disinfected with 80% alcohol.
Our cleaning crews wear masks and gloves and we practice minimum 4 hrs between guests to properly air out the premises. Therefore you will find open windows when arriving at our house.
When checking out please leave kitchen window and bathroom window open to air place out and leave used sheets and towels on the bathroom floors to help us minimize risk of Covid-19 spreading and to protect our hardworking, essential and loving cleaning crews.
