At the crossroads of the departments of Ariège and Aude. 47km south-east of Toulouse. This magnificent 19th century house, in the family since 1930, has been restored with taste and modernity. In a calm and peaceful town center, typical village of Lauragais, near the Nailloux mill and the Bastide du Pastel de Montgeard, this semi-detached house on one side has, on the ground floor, a large hallway leading to an integrated kitchen ( 3 induction hobs, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, reserve) which itself overlooks a scullery with an American fridge-freezer, as well as a garage where you can use a washer-dryer and an additional fridge-freezer. On the same side of the corridor, double bedroom (1 double bed 160*200cm) with private dressing room, shower, washbasin and separate WC. On the right, the living room with a dining area (fireplace) and a lounge area (sofa and TV). The corridor gives access to the garden, in which you will enjoy a built-in barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs. Upstairs on your left (rooms on the right private to the owner as well as access to the attic), 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90*190cm)(1 double bed 140*190cm, desk and washbasin) (1 double bed 140*190cm, desk and washbasin), a bathroom (bath and washbasin) and 1 separate WC.
